The "argument" that reads
like a conversation about life!

  • Is there archaeological evidence for the New Testament?
  • Did the universe "hatch" from a "cosmic egg"?
  • What does the fossil record imply about the existence of God?
  • Is design inferred by the existence of information?

Since the Enlightenment, spirited debates about the existence of God have captured the public's imagination. Scholars, philosophers, and scientists have grappled with the "evidence" that God exists, or doesn't.

Today, some of the world's best minds - in a variety of disciplines - grapple with whether there is any real purpose to our lives. Yet not only do many scientists believe in the God who created us with purpose, they also understand that what we do in the here and now has consequences in the next life.

Loved it
Review by Ashley
This book gives some great Arguments for the existence of god. You can choose to look further into the topics discussed in this book if you choose to. These arguments are responses to arguments used by a theorist to try to defend their position. All the arguments presented are answered in the book if you ask me this book is well written and is a great read.
Wonderful book with 24 authors who all support the belief that God does exist.

Twenty-Four Scholars Explore How Science,
Archaeology and Philosophy Haven’t Disproved God

This book's aim is to bring together some of the most powerful
and corroboratory evidence that we now have available to us from
archaeology, history, science, philosophy, and theology which supports
the validity and the extreme importance of the Bible message
A case for God’s existence can be made based on human
experience.

I enjoyed reading the very interesting stories in this book.
Great Resource on Apologetics
Review by Crystal
I love this new addition to my apologetics library! Our culture tells us that science and faith are at odds with another, but books like The Big Argument prove that is just not true. I enjoyed seeing how the experts in different scientific fields have developed such strong faith based on the evidence they find in their scientific endeavors. Covering issues from whether God exists to whether the Bible is historically reliable, there is such solid evidence to encourage the faithful and challenge the skeptic. Science helps us learn more about our Creator, and that is what we see throughout this series of essays. If you enjoyed the format of, “In Six Days,” you will enjoy this one too!
