"While this is recommended for grades 4th - 6th, I have been using it family style for my 1st, 3rd, and 5th grader. I have found it is easy to use with multiple ages. I read the lessons out loud to all of them and then have my 3rd and 5th grader do the Bible verse and worksheets. The 1st grader listens along and does the physics challenge portion of the lesson. Even the 4-year-old gets involved. It has been a wonderful addition to our homeschool day." Lyn

Exercise and nutrition are critical areas of discipleship for every believer! Just imagine the impact Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego's food choices had in the outcome of their whole nation and the generations who have read about them in the book of Daniel!
