Levels K - 8: Fun to Learn, Easy to Implement
The Physical Education two-semester courses that range from Kindergarten to 8th grade are filled with fun lessons that will help your students try many different sports. This will help you save time and money that you might have spent fees and gear for a sport that your child didn't enjoy. You will find lessons on baseball, basketball, frisbee golf, volleyball, football, and more! Each level offers instruction that fits their needs and physical development.

Strength & Conditioning for 7th - 12th Grade
Coach Stamper coached varsity athletes for 13 years and knows that most students who are approaching high school are not prepared for the physical and technical demands of a well-rounded fitness program.
