The following resources are included in the World Religions and Cults Curriculum Pack and are required to complete the course.

World Religions and Cults Vol. 1 presents a clear and thorough analysis of "counterfeit" religions like Mormonism, Islam, Deism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Zoroastrianism, and many more.

World Religions and Cults Vol. 2 deals with many Eastern religions like Hinduism, Taoism, New Age, Sikhism, Confucianism, Shinto, and Buddhism, as well as other pagan-based systems like Witchcraft, Voodoo, Greek mythology and many more!

World Religions and Cults Vol. 3 focuses on the atheistic or humanistic type of religions. It would be one of the most valuable for the church in the Western World.

Great Resource

Allows the student to summarize and put down what they are learning from the different religions that are taught in these books.
PDF-version

The downloadable version was exactly what I needed to move through the grading process with my student! It was portable, yet I could print some of the pages, when and how I needed them.
So Interesting!!!
Review by Karen F
I am taking this course for myself. There are so many religions covered some that I have never even heard of. Each religion is thoroughly covered. I like how this teacher guide is laid out. There is a schedule of the reading and worksheets. It walks you through each religion and the beliefs of God, creation, salvation, man and sin. There is an essay about some aspect of each religion studied. I am enjoying this course and I will definitely have my children use this course when they are in high school. This is a course I would have loved to take in high school!
Easy To Use
Review by April
The Comparative Religions Teacher Guide is really clear, concise, and easy to use. It helps organize your thoughts and compare the information given. The worksheets are easy to use and the instruction is very clear. There is a schedule at the beginning of the guide that is helpful, even if you decided to use it as more of a checklist. I feel like this is a must-have if you plan on using The World Religions and Cults Series as a homeschool course. For homeschool, this is probably best for high schoolers. Highly recommend.
Excellent resource to use with the Comparative Religion curriculum

This teacher's guide for the Comparative Religion course is well laid out. The worksheets are easy to use and allow the reader to focus in on the differences between each of the various religions, cults or mystics. The series is definitely for Junior/Senior level high school or college. It is also a good reference along with all three volumes to be able to have in a personal or pastoral library.
Huge benefit for parents and kids!

I would HIGHLY recommend getting the Teacher's Guide if you plan on teaching 2 or 3 volumes in this 3 volume available course. It's VERY helpful to have an idea plan for discussions, papers, and for additional activites. The schedule is doable, and it does have the 3 volumes going over a 2 year span, but you could make it 3 semesters with ease, for a total of 1 1/2 credit of high school electives. With so much going on at that level, having an easy to follow teacher's guide is a HUGE help!
