When I first got the books and looked through the pages, my initial thought was that it was too confusing toggling between books but I finally got a system that works for us. We only do an activity per day because I do not want to rush my then 3 year old (she just turned 4 in June). But even with a little activity for each day, she was able to retain information. She was able to memorize songs and remember Bible verses. She also took interest in other worship songs that are not even part of the suggested circle time songs from the book. To me, I find the MB preschool curriculum to be effective in teaching the Bible while exposing the little ones to some Arts and Science as well. I guess my expectations were being met. She is learning about God and the Bible.
