    God's Story is a wonderful summary of the Bible. Very convenient to use on the go, during family time or even alongside the Language Lessons for a Living Education for levels 3-8 on the fourth day of each week. It is a great way for the students to see a wonderful example of the summary of the Bible and to learn from it how to write their own. It is also great for those students who are not used to reading straight from the Bible and need a little help to understand it.

    This lovely audiobook is a great way to incorporate more of the Bible into your family's daily schedule. Wonderfully done. You can set aside a specific time to listen each day or just set it to play as your children go about their day.

    This audio book is narrated by Will Stauff. We found his voice very easy listen to.
    This is a beautiful book. God's Story highlights God's redemptive plan in response to the sin and fall of mankind. It gives you a glimpse into the lives, times, and cultures of the people whose stories are told. Included are 120 Bible stories paraphrased by the author. Direct scripture quotes are used throughout the book.


    This book is broken up into two parts for the old and new testaments. There are Threads of Hope pages that tie the story together along with definitions.


    I am happy to have this audio books to accompany the book. It is nice to listen to in the car of while we are home. My kids enjoy drawing while they are listening. I recommend having the printed book as well. There are so many gorgeous illustrations that help you to feel the emotion of the story just by looking at them.

    The audio version of this book has made it so easy for my family to sit down and enjoy. I typically read to my children during lunch time, but I thought I would give this audio book a try and see what we think. I love that my younger listeners are listening to these Bible stories they need to learn at such a young age while my older children can follow along in their physical book or just listen. The voice reader does a really great job at expressing the tone of the passage while also having a soothing tone. I've found it very enjoyable to listen to. When you download this, you will receive an MP3 format and M4B format for itunes and other audio players.

    This MP3 version of God’s Story is a wonderful thing to have! While we all enjoy reading aloud and independently, sometimes it’s nice to just be able to listen while someone else reads. The narrator does a great job of bringing the text to life and engaging the whole family in the reading. The text itself is true to scripture, each story is short, and helps give an overview of the Bible. Instead of just a collection of Bible Stories, the author helps the reader see the connection between Old Testament prophecies and the New Testament. My favorite part has to be the Thread of Hope sections throughout that point to Jesus. It is a great way to help your whole family grasp the metanarrative of Scripture.

    The Gentleman who reads for this audio book does a beautiful job. He has such a pleasant voice to listen too. The Gods Story book has been such a wonderful addition to our home library. I currently use the book as the alternate for my students Language Lessons Level 3. She is a struggling reader and when I saw there was an audiobook available I got very excited. She enjoys listening to the audio book along with trying to read the physical copy. It helps her feel more independent in her school day which is important to her. It’s not hard for her to follow along. The audiobook has been a blessing to have.

    God’s Story is a book intentionally written to guide your family through a thoughtful selection of truths from God’s Word. I love that it is now available in MP3 and M4B format as an audiobook. I so appreciate that Master Books provides another way for us to give our children solid biblical content.

    For the MP3 format, each file is broken up to include about 9 chapters. It is easy to follow along if you also have the book (which I highly recommend so you don’t miss out on the beautiful pictures!). My kids love listening to audiobooks, and this one is a favorite!

    Our whole family has been blessed by this audiobook. I thought when I turned it on that it would be great for the children. It is! But I think I may have benefited the most hearing this wonderful overview of the whole story of Scripture, clearly showing the battle between man’s way and God’s way - or man’s ongoing struggle to submit to God’s authority and the victory God has promised and won over sin! I so appreciate Becki Dudley’s heart for the Lord and her keen insight and wisdom, making these biblical narratives relevant to our own lives today. The “Thread of Hope” sections are rich with keen observations drawing out the themes of the stories, showing how they point to Jesus. I love the illustrations, maps, and timeline in the printed book, but the audiobook is a great way to listen along or just to hear the big picture of Scripture. Note that the summary is read first, then the longer portion, so it can feel like you are hearing the same thing twice, but it is just both formats from each page.

    Our family loves this book! I’m currently reading it to my two youngest, a story each night. My kiddos also listen to audio books to fall asleep, so I couldn’t wait for the chance to get this audio into their minds as they sleep! They not only love the beautiful pictures from the actual book, but this audio will give my youngest pre-readers the ability to visit their favorite stories whenever they like. I load MB audiobooks onto a player and they listen to it over and over all on their own.

    My children really like this Bible book. The audio is a nice addition. I like that the mp3 file is divided in groups of 9 stories. It makes it easier to find a particular story, but it also allows for busy moms to start a few stories for smaller kids to listen to while they play. Older kids can pick up the physical copy and follow along. We’ve got a road trip coming up, and I’m glad to have this for my kids to listen to.
