As for the quizzes, the names for the blank quizzes (the ones to be taken), and the names for the quizzes in the daily schedule do not match the names for quizzes in the answer key. The daily schedule and the actual quizzes use terminology such as "Unit 1: Quiz 2." Meanwhile, the answer key separates the sections that the quizzes fall into, but does not name the quizzes this way. For example, when you first look at the answer key, the different quizzes in the Musculoskeletal System all appear to be one quiz. The answer key says "quiz: section one," and then lists further sections. This terminology is very confusing when you look at the daily schedule, see your child is supposed to take a quiz named "Unit 1: Quiz 3," and then cannot find this quiz in the answer key.
Overall, this disorganization has caused a frustrating year for both me and my child. (I have been homeschooling for 13 years, so I have lots of experience in seeing the ways in which different science curriculums organize tests and quizzes, and so far Master Books has been the most confusing). Eventually, you can figure out the quiz your child is supposed to take, but as for the tests, it is impossible. My child is taking the tests out of order because we do not know what else to do. I do not recommend this curriculum if you want your child to take Anatomy and Physiology.
Editor's note: The quizzes and tests are located within the teacher's guide. The teacher's guide has numbered pages. The page numbers for each quiz or test are given within the daily schedule. The student is to take the quiz or test with the corresponding page numbers listed within the teacher's guide.
