Logic is the way God thinks. Master Books’ Introduction to Logic curriculum for 8th-10th grade homeschool students teaches the principles of correct reasoning from the biblical worldview. Just imagine the world changer your student will become as he or she begins to think and reason the way God does!

We know that God determines the correct way to reason. He is the standard for all truth claims. In this course, students will learn about logic, if faith is contrary to reason, informal logical fallacies, and more.

Learning logical terms and principles is often like learning a foreign language. This course has been developed to help your students learn the practical understanding of logical arguments. To make the course content easier to grasp, the schedule provides worksheets and practice sheets to help students better recognize logical fallacies, as well as review weeks for the quizzes and the final.

I love the real life examples in this book. There isn’t busywork on these worksheets. Each lesson is filled with practical ways to identify the fallacies and the reasons why. I also loved the summaries of the chapters at the top of each lesson! Great for a quick review and for studying.

Review by Candice
I love how Masterbooks always lays out my schedule for me!! Work through this course with your child. If only for the reason to keep up with his conversations after each chapter. I feel like this was not a topic taught within ANY of my high school or college courses. But VERY relevant for our students coming up in a counter cultural way. No way could I do this course with out the teacher guide.
Definitely Recommend
Review by Dora
This is an amazing course! I highly recommend this for anyone searching a high school elective.

I love that it teaches the students to thinking logically from a Christian perspective. Dr. Jason Lisle has done an incredible job challenging the students to think critically throughout each chapter. Although the material is challenging, it is very easy to follow and understand!

The teacher's manual is a great source to have. It makes our job a lot easier since the answers to every question is on there, along with quizzes and tests.
