    In John chapter 4, Jesus arrives in Galilee and is welcomed by the people. A royal official pleads with Jesus to heal his son who is near death. Jesus tells him that his son will live, and the official believes Jesus' words. As the official returns home, his servants meet him on the way and inform him that his son has been healed. The official realizes that his son was healed at the very moment Jesus spoke the words.

    This story highlights Jesus' divine knowledge, his offer of living water, and the universality of his message. It also illustrates how faith can transcend societal divisions, leading to the belief in Jesus as the Savior. The chapter showcases the power of Jesus' words to bring about miraculous healing, affirming his identity as the Son of God.

    This book tells the story about the officers son from John 4. The story is told in a way that captures even the youngest readers attention. At the end of the story it has a short present time application to show how the lesson presented in the story still applies today. At the very end there is a short glossary to help kids fully understand what was read. We are truly enjoying this series of books!

    We are loving this latest series from Master Books. I really appreciate how the focus is on teaching biblical truth to children. This book is about How Jesus Saves and comes from John 4. It retells the story of the centurion’s son being healed and points to the truth that when we put our trust in Jesus, he will never let us down.

    Simple language and beautiful illustrations, these books have left a lasting impression on my children.

    A wonderful little book with a powerful message, at a reading level easy for my third grader to read to her younger siblings, and easy for them to follow and understand. I appreciate the way the author of this series tells a Bible story and then makes direct application with it. This volume uses the story of the centurion’s son being healed to illustrate that Jesus gives us the choice to trust Him, and that He never lets us down when we believe in Him - tying it in to trusting Him for salvation. The “about the author” page is neat as it tells a little bit about John and how you can read his other true stories about Jesus in the Gospel of John in the Bible. Great addition to your library!

    This is the story about the man with a sick son in John chapter 4. The Story finishes by reminding us that Jesus never lets us down when we trust Him. I truly love these little readers that not only share a bible story, but get to the heart of the message about Jesus. My children and I have wonderful discussions each time we read these little books, no matter how often we read them. New truths become more clear to them and they love to share about what they are reading with their friends! Our family loves these little books!

    This is a true story that is based on John chapter 4 in the Bible. The pictures are incredible and very colorful. This is a children book that you could read to your children or have them read it to you. I love that it is a true story that a child can pick up and read. It is also easy to understand. My daughter loves this book. highly recommend.

    This is a sweet story about trusting in Jesus and trusting that Jesus will do what He says He will do. It tells the story of Jesus healing a boy from John 4 without even being in the boys' presence. It is a special story that will help little ones learn to trust in Jesus.
