Q. How do I access my digital downloads?
A. After your purchase, your files will be immediately available for download from your account page.
- After logging in, go to your account.
- Choose the My Downloadable Products option from the menu on the left.
To avoid problems that can occur with some browser configurations, we recommend that you right-click the file link on the downloads page of your account and choose Save link as to force your browser to download the file.
