Q. Why does MLFLE use a story-based approach?

A. Stories give the concepts the necessary context that makes math mastery possible. Without that real world context of a story, it’s nearly impossible for abstract concepts to stick. The human brain reacts differently to a story than to isolated facts. Scientific tests show that while facts only stimulate a small part of the brain, stories cause activity across the whole brain, reaching the heart through relationship. And Jesus used stories, too!
