Q. How can I give Master Books permission to use my photo?

A. If you reply "Yes" or otherwise give Master Books permission to use a photo you have shared with us, you agree to the following Photo & Testimonial Release.

Photo & Testimonial Release

By responding to Master Books that you grant permission for us to use your submitted photographs and/or testimonial, you agree to the following terms.

You grant New Leaf Publishing Group, LLC., d/b/a Master Books, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, adapt, crop, edit, and otherwise use the photographs you submit, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to print publications, catalogs, advertisements, websites, email marketing, social media, videos, presentations, and other promotional or educational materials.

You also grant Master Books permission to use your submitted comments, testimonials, or accompanying text in connection with the photographs.

You understand that Master Books may edit or combine the photographs with other images, graphics, or text and may use all or part of the submitted materials.

You grant Master Books permission to identify you using your first name and last initial, the first names and last initials of any individuals shown, your city, state, or country of residence, and general information describing the photographs or your experience with Master Books.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are the photographer or otherwise have the legal authority to grant this permission.
• If any minor appears in the photographs, you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the legal authority to grant permission on the child's behalf.
• The photographs do not knowingly infringe the rights of any third party.

You understand that you will not receive compensation, royalties, or any other payment for Master Books' use of the photographs or related materials.

You release and hold harmless New Leaf Publishing Group, LLC., d/b/a Master Books, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensees, and assigns from any claims arising from the authorized use of the photographs and related materials as described above.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not grant permission for Master Books to use your photographs.
