What do I do if I never receive my order, or it was mis-delivered?

If your order was mis-delivered and you never received it, please contact us so we can track down your package with the carrier. If necessary, we will re-ship your order. Refunds will not be issued until we have located the original package, or determined it was lost by the carrier.
