What is your Return Policy?

Returns must be done within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your refund once the return has arrived.

Products in new & unused condition may be returned for a refund; however, returned product must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Scratch & Dent, Clearance, Flash Sale, and Lab Kit items are sold as-is and are not returnable.
Digitally Fulfilled Products, including MasterBooksAcademy.com courses, are non-refundable.
