Customer Reviews
We got to the lab for chapter 2 and I saw that we needed some things from the kit to do the second lab and I immediately regretted waiting to order it. It said 2-4 weeks for delivery, so I was about ready to just put biology on the back burner for a few weeks until our kit came in. I ordered the kit on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Saturday! Just in time for our lab! Hooray! We don't have to put biology on the back burner now.
This kit is awesome, and has everything we need. The specimens look fantastic. I read another review where their specimens were dried out, but ours are very moist and sealed very well. I don't think we will have any issues with the specimens.
I have no idea where I would have been able to source all of these materials locally, and I would have probably had to make multiple orders across multiple sites to get everything, plus I would have had to painstakingly go through all of the labs to see what supplies we needed. This is such a time and money saving kit.
I really wanted to order the one with the microscope but due to money issues I could not. Instead, I got the book "Biology through a microscope" and have been looking through online marketplaces to see if I can find a used microscope set instead.
Thank you so much to Master Books for putting this all together. This is my first year of homeschooling and we are going through Genesis right along with Biology and it has been such a blessing to be able to teach my son about biology from a biblical standpoint. We are learning how God set everything into motion, and how science actually confirms what the Bible has said all along - something I knew, but have had a difficult time teaching him about until now.
We are off to do our first lab with our new kit - THANK YOU Master Books!!!
