We love Charlie and Charlotte!
Review by Amy
We loved following Charlie and Charlotte into level 2! The stories are great. We did use the Practice Makes Perfect along side this and combined they were great! We did work extra on borrowing and carrying to solidify on the side. When you look at the next level you will see they have review of borrowing and carrying so if it doesn't solidify in this level for your child just know that they will keep returning as this spirals back!
Kids love it

Special needs
Review by Amazing progress
This math has been wonderful for our 2nd grader who struggles with FASD, ODD, and ADHD. the lessons are just enough to challenge him but not enough to frustrate him. He is learning concepts that are building on previous knowledge since level K.

Thank you Masterbooks!
Part story book. Part textbook. Highly recommend!

The continuing story that plays throughout the entire book brings brings the math concepts to life and makes them more than an abstract idea. The illustrations, style and layout appeal to my love of pretty textbooks. My son looks forward to doing his math everyday. Highly recommend!
Interesting math
Review by Lindsay
Math Lessons for a living education is so interesting. I like that we are following this family through the entire series and I love that the math we are learning goes hand in hand with what the family is doing.
Great for us.

We love it because it’s no fluff but not boring. We are switching from TBTG and there was a lot of fluff. Looking forward to more streamline subjects.
Math level 2
Review by Miranda
My son loved level 2 and the story that goes with it. Easy to instruct and he grasped the concepts fairly quickly.
Enjoyable Math Program
Review by Jennifer
After switching from a very rigorous program this is definitely a better fit for mom! Although my student loves any math program, he enjoys this one the most because we have more time to do extra stuff in his personal math journal that brings out his creativity. I love how this book encourages your student to be creative and really own what they know. Less problems gives more time for memorizing and recitation and projects which I prefer. Only thing I wish I did was buy the book instead of the pdf, but that's just my preference.
Enjoyed it
