We have used MLFLE levels 2-6. We are finishing up 6 and couldn't be happier with the content and level of challenge for my reluctant math student. On to POM1 this summer!
Perfect fit for our kids!
Review by Ginger
We have loved all levels of MLFLE, and level 6 is no exception. Our 11 year old is just finishing it and has enjoyed the videos of Math with Matt. It has helped him be a tad more independent this year. I love how mastery is still king!

My daughter disliked and had a bit of trouble with Math before we switched to Master Books. She just completed 6th grade Math and is excelling in Math now! Master Books is not only gentle, but it has done a great job preparing my daughter.
This math program fits out family style so well.

The lessons are not too long which gives me time to teach each child and then my children can work at their pace.
Great review and prep
Review by Kathryn
We switched to Master Books when our girls were in 6th grade and MLFLE 6 was a comprehensive review of elementary math, helping fill any gaps we had without being overwhelming. It also was helpful preparation for the girls before moving on to Principles of Mathematics and gave them a good foundation. They also appreciated the workbook format.
Nicely done

This is a nice "in between" step between the Math Lessons for a Living Education books and the more grown up middle school math. I like that they continue the story lesson format, but added more problems so the amount of work is not such a shock when they got to 7th grade.

This book is great. Lessons were easy to understand and plenty of review.
