Overview

Most people think of Noah as the man who built a large ship and spent months caring for thousands of animals. But who was he and what events shaped who he would become? We wrote this novel to challenge Christians to look closely at the life of a man who walked with God. Noah: Man of Destiny takes readers on a captivating, coming-of-age journey through the pre-Flood world. Noah learns more about the Most High while standing against a sinister belief system emerging throughout the land. Whether escaping legendary beasts, tracking kidnappers, or pursuing his future wife, Noah acquires the skills he will need when God calls him to his greatest adventure: surviving the global Flood. Discover the rich background of Noah and his family members as portrayed at the Ark Encounter. Witness the struggle of a righteous man’s battle against a culture that thought of evil continually. Explore what it may have been like for a righteous man to relate to God before the Bible was written.

Disclaimer: These books demonstrate the immoral lifestyle during Noah's time including promiscuity, witchcraft, idolatry, child sacrifice, martyrdom, and other sinful situations. We recommend this book for 11th grade and up. We also advise parents to read the books before giving them to their student.

Fantastic read!
Review by Ashlee
I would've listened to Kristen and bought the whole trilogy at the same time. Now I'm kicking myself! This book was soo good and made me think about things that could've been back then that I had never thought of before. I was concerned I would get confused about this book & the Bible account but it is fictional/fanciful enough that I never thought this was the true account of Noah's young life while still opening my mind to wonder about all of the pre-flood possibilities.
Fantastic book! I can't wait to read number 2 and 3!!
So good!

I wasn’t expecting to love this series as much as I did. Engaging and made me think about things I hadn’t thought of before regarding creation to the time of Noah. A great insight to what Noah’s life might have been like.
Keep reading as it gets better

I had a little hard time getting into this novel but after awhile it got more interesting. I am pretty sure I will purchase the next 2 books because I would like to find out how it concludes. The authors really put in a lot of research!
Good perspective

I always enjoy books that give us insight into biblical characters as actually people with real, everyday lives. I haven't finished this one quite yet as it just hasn't gripped my attention to this point, but I will continue and see if it becomes more engaging.
could not put it down
Review by Breeze
I was previewing this book to use as a read aloud, but I was captivated by it - I could not put it down. It brings up good discussions and questions about life after the garden. I think it will be a great book once my children are a little older. Uppermiddle and high-school. It can lead to good discussions about what the Bible says. Looking forward to book 2.
Fun read!

Fun and fascinating read!

I bought this on a flash sale and have quickly read about 3/5ths of it so far. I'm really enjoying the book, and the rest of the trilogy will now be on my wishlist! I don't read much fiction, but I enjoy historical fiction and love the Biblical account interwoven with plausible imagination to fill in the gaps. I happily recommend this book.
Excellent!
