This is a great resource for new believers and a wonderful reminder for any Christian wanting to grow closer to God.

I first read this book thinking it would be good to read with or give to a new believer. I now know it would indeed be well-suited for that, and the study questions in the back would provide good discussion points. It’s an easy-read overview but covers all the major topics of Christian living, with Scripture (mainly NLT) quoted throughout supporting the points made.

That said, I think no matter how long we have been saved and walking with the Lord, the topics covered in this book are treasures to be reviewed and useful for building ourselves up in our faith (Jude 20). We can never be reminded of these foundational truths too much as we rejoice in what God has done for us, making us new creatures in Him, filling us with His Spirit and His power, equipping us to live a life that is pleasing to Him and fitting us to be His ambassadors to the world around us. I was challenged and encouraged by this book!

My teenager professed faith Christ last month and I wanted to walk through in a read aloud the decision he made. This book not too overwhelming and gives alot of good information. It is an easy read and highly recommend.

Love that it helps new Christian's grow step by step using scriptures.

This book is a great resource for new believers or teens wanting more. It’s every easy to follow and understand.

It is a good resource. The information is fundamental and basic for a very new or searching believer. It lays a foundation for what a new believers path should be. Walking them through the a series of insights to where do we go with the desire to follow God, and/or what does it look like to be a believer in the beginning of this eternal journey.
