Can someone so intent on ridding the world of God experience redemption? What lies behind his hatred of God? Will his darkened soul search for pieces of light?
The first two books of the series, Deadly Disclosures and The Shadowed Mind reveal the amazing grace of God while showcasing a world losing sight of Him. In Pieces of Light, Cave’s continues her compelling storylines using believable characters and realistic situations to:
Identify the importance of living under the authority of the Bible
Deliver a Biblical worldview perspective to current events
Illustrate the power of Jesus’s sacrifice and desire to redeem every life
Provide believers a resource easy to share with skeptics
Recently, Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis described The Shadowed Mind (book two) as "another nail-biting mystery with an incredibly powerful message about God’s authoritative Word."

Engaging Mystery
Review byKathleen C
This is the third book in the Dinah Harris Mystery series.
This book brings this message home through an exciting, meaningful story. The main suspense plot involves a bomber who targets churches. A secondary storyline explores supposed First Amendment violations by Christian groups. The investigator in these cases, former FBI agent Dinah Harris, is working to enter her life again after some painful setbacks.
The major themes in this book are forgiveness, redemption, and a call for Christians to reach out to those who are hurting. I highly recommend this book. This isn't just entertainment, this is fiction with a serious message.
You'll enjoy this story if you enjoy an engaging mystery with godly insights woven throughout.

A book you won't want to put down
Review byBecky V
Detective Dinah Harris and FBI Special Agent David Ferguson are at it again in this third installment of the Dinah Harris Mystery series as they investigate a serial bomber who has been targeting local churches. I am not going to say any more about the specifics of the book because you need to read it. It is just that good, you will not be sorry!
I love the care that is put into character development as you read through this series. It keeps you coming back wanting more. This novel specifically shows the growth in Dinah Harris as she overcomes many of the hurts and obstacles that she had in the first two novels of this series.
Author Julie Cave once again grabbed my attention as she expertly carried two story lines and kept you on the edge of your seat as they met at the end of the novel. And she does all this while standing on a Christian worldview and keeping at the heart of shedding a light on tough subjects like the persecution of Christianity as in this novel.
I would definitely recommend this book, but for mature teens and older because of some of the sensitive topics discussed (self harm, alcoholism, domestic terrorism). Not only are you getting a great, clean, mystery, but you also get a book that takes on serious issues and becomes a story of redemption.

A great clean Mystery!
Review bySara
It is so refreshing to find a good book without all of the worldly perversions in full display! I could read this book without cringing, and kept my attention throughout the end! I love a good mystery, and I was anxious to see how the writer would weave such a story and keep it interesting, and the writer did not disappoint! I am thankful for the biblical worldview and plan to order more by the writer! I recommend this books for older teens and adults of all ages!

loved this book
Review byAshley
As Julie Cave writes about the truths of God, she puts her thoughts and evidence to what she writes. She writes it in a way that you understand it and it is not too heavy and overwhelming. The main character is Dinah. She is new to Christianity. When she shares her faith with others, she has no fear even when she talks to the one person that is her enemy. This book is well written and is a mystery.

Hanging by each word!
Review byRaya
Like all the other books I have read, This one is no different. Diving into a book of mystery, pain and anger, this book is almost like one and two! As well to add, the bomber view of all of the churches make sense in the end. (at least to me)
Five out Five for me!
