    A Comprehensive Commentary

    This book is a comprehensive commentary on the first ten chapters of Genesis with a young earth creationist worldview. Chapters 1-8 cover the Biblical account of the six days of creation and it explains each verse or section of verses from a scientific view point. Chapter 9 covers the 7th day of rest. Also covered are the Garden of Eden, a brief history of Satan, the flood, after the flood, the tower of Babel, and so much more. Some of the scientific language used would be difficult for middle school students to understand, but would certainly recommend for high school students to accompany any study of the origin of life or as an alternative to the evolution theory taught as fact by most science curriculum.

    This book was a really interesting read. It covers the six days of Creation as well as the seventh day- the day of rest. It goes through the verses expounds upon them from a scientific view point. The Author did a wonderful job of Scientifically explaining why young earth creation is Scientifically accurate and how that Science proves the literal, Biblical account of Creation to be true. There were a lot of things that were new to me and challenged my own personal thinking. While it was easy to read some of the scientific jargon was a little over my head. I don't view that as a negative-it encouraged me to do my own research. In whole, I enjoyed reading this book, *I received a free e-copy in exchange for my honest opinion.*

    This is a great book to go in depth with the creation account. Each verse is literally broken down for better understanding, along with discussion of the different viewpoints that some have taken on the account of creation, the flood, the covenant of grace and the tower of Babel. Great evidence showing science pointing to a literal 6 days of creation, support of the flood account and the genealogy of man. I have read Genesis a ton of times, and this commentary pointed out things in the text I never noticed, and explained reasons why some believe certain things about the Genesis account based on wording. It certainly touched on all the things that had puzzled me about Genesis, and helped me to align the things I believe simply, so that I may discuss these things with confidence with my children and family. This is a really good book to have on hand to pull out during studies, when your are reading through the book of Genesis and to help you discuss the the world’s view vs. the truth on man’s beginning.

    The Six Days of Genesis by Paul F. Taylor
    This book has 21 chapters with an appendix, bibliography, and index. This book tells the reader about creation. It is a book that goes along with the Genesis book in the Bible. If you have any doubts about creation, this is the book to read. Paul F. Taylor explains how the truth of the Book of Genesis is from day 1 of creation to day 6, but also talks about the Great Flood, the Tower of Babel, Falls, and Curses, along with a few other topics. This book is well written and easy to read and understand. It is a wonderful read.
    I received this book for my honest option.
