The World's Story 3 (Timeline Pack)

This is fantastic add on for The World’s Story 3 curriculum! The illustrations are very inviting to look at and attractive to display. The timeline cards can be used to help your student(s) remember the events in many different ways by utilizing different learning styles that aren’t usually used when learning history.

These timeline packs have been one of our favorite tools to use as we have gone through America’s Story, and I can’t wait to use it with World’s Story. We have a copy of the Wonders of Old timeline book for each child, and the timeline packs work beautifully with it. It has been so good for my visual learners to be able see how events in history connect.

Using the timeline packs throughout the history curriculum has helped us to focus on the key people and events & not become overwhelmed by all the information. The timeline packs have helped my children to make connections and to take the history learned beyond the pages of their text.

Included are 132 large timeline pieces. Measure 5” by 4”. They include a mix of color or black-and-white pictures. There are 3-8 timeline pieces for each chapter. Also included are timeline strips dating from years 0-2000. These are made to match the Worlds Story 3 books from Master Books.

The World's Story 3 Timeline Pack is very well done. Each pictures is very detailed and contains a corresponding year and event. This would go great to be used on a timeline or to add to journaling activities. They are also great pictures to refer back to as a review of past materials learned.

This timeline allows students to see what they have been learning in a more visual way. Organized by chapter and in color, this resource provides a great way for students to follow along while studying events in history. My kids love the photographs and enjoy talking about information previously learned. Great as a companion to the text and a reminder of what has been covered so far!

This is a PDF that includes all the timeline pictures in one spot. In color and in order by chapters. Makes it easier for you to put it together. It is a great resource to have.

Timelines are super helpful to show connection between when things happen, in this case, around the world. This is a great visual for that! Often times students read the year something happened and it goes in one ear and out the other... this will help students make that connection and visually see when events occurred in relation to each other, hopefully helping solidify the knowledge in their brains. It's definitely a great addition to World's Story 3 in our house.

This timeline does a wonderful job of making connections between important people and events. Helping children to understand important pieces of history and culture at different points in time. The way this timeline is set up it can be used in multiple ways, such as flashcards or cut and pasted into a book, and you could even take it one step further and scrapbook with additional details during these periods. This is an excellent way to enhance your child's understanding of historical events.

Timelines are an amazing tool to help visual learners of all kinds see how history all comes together. Especially in this course, a lot of things are going on at once, all over the world. Our family loves to make timelines in order to see the big picture and be able to connect everything together. These packs are great because they are SO FULL of events to add to your timeline. I have a kiddo who can get overwhelmed by the amount of items to add to her timeline, don’t feel like you have to add everything! Add main events or things that stand out and spark their interest, you’ll see the beauty in making these wonderful masterbooks resources work for you in no time! I also recommend wonders of old blank timeline book if you are low on wall space!
