No tears!
Review by Eileen
My 7th grader has thoroughly enjoyed this book. The pace of it and switching between writing lessons and reading lessons is ideal. He has fallen in love with Scripture reading. His reading level hasn’t been the greatest, but he has dove into Magic Tree House books for his bi-weekly book reports and he gets excited for reading! His writing has improved immensely, however definitely needs to work on his spelling and some grammar techniques.
Great way to write

Our son did this one for 5th grade and enjoyed it over other writing programs. He found it to be easy to understand and really liked it.
It's working for us

This book has helped my struggling writer and the lessons are not overwhelming to her. I love the every other week bible lessons.
Great

I love the assignments that are given. Some assignments have been so creative that my reluctant writer has jumped in and got really into it. I like the length of each assignment, it takes just the appropriate amount of time to complete each day.

Great program!
Review by Cherie
We completed this course this school year and my daughters writing has vastly improved! I had my daughter start this series when she was in 5th grade, to complete along side LLFLE since her writing needed more work. It has been an amazing change in her writing skills since starting this program. It really helps her baby step and build better sentences, which in turn build better paragraphs. I love how it really walks the student though each small step of writing and then has them put it all together. And the lessons are short and quick which makes it easy to add in to our day. I love this program and am so happy there are so many levels for her to improve her writing with. We'll be starting Intermediate 1 this school year. I highly recommend for anyone who has a student who needs more work on their writing.
Adaptable to different types of learners
Review by JP
I love this writing program mostly because of the way it teaches the student to write through bite size progression. I also like that it's possible to adapt the lessons to your student. If they are a reluctant writer, you can choose to do some things orally. If they love to write, there is room for imagination and creativity. Overall a great course.
