Great information
Review by Shawna
Super informative book. The pages are packed with interesting facts. Love how the book is set up. Easy to read and understand for all grade ranges. It brings the biblical perspective that most National Park books are missing.

Must have guide to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks
Review by Heather
Your Guide to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks has a planning section that helps with planning your trip which we as a springboard for planning our vacation to these National Parks. Section Three of the Guide has a plethora of information about how to see the canyons.

As with the Grand Canyon Guide, the Zion and Bryce Canyon Guide is written with a Christian world view. The foreword is written by John D. Morris, the President of the Institute for Creation Research. Instead of seeing everything through evolutionary glasses, the wonders of Zion and Bryce Canyons are seen through Creation glasses.

Section Five begins the journey into the National Parks. Detailed information for each stop allows readers to really understand their location and what they are seeing. Every location includes fast facts (important tidbits for that particular area), elevation, and fold-out pages with pictures and in-depth information. When you're going to through the parks, it's fun to first read these sections and compare them to the evolutionary descriptions at the stops/locations.

The Guide includes information about formation (such as how the Grand Staircase was formed), geology, fossils, ecology, and history. Most sections include a side-by-side comparison between creation and evolutionary viewpoints. The Guide concludes with a list of additional resources and a glossary.

Whether you’re planning to take a trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon or you just want to learn more about these National Parks, Your Guide to Zion and Bryce Canyon will be a great asset in your educational library. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to use this guide not only in planning our trip but also as we went through the parks. It’s always nice to be able to read a guide that is not from an evolutionary viewpoint.
